Dress Up Hawaii, LLC is owned
by Diana G. Allegra who is certified as both a Home Staging Expert and Interior
Redesign Expert.
She works with a
photographer assistant and specializes in owner-occupied homes in Keaau and
Lower Puna, including Ainaloa,Orchidland, Paradise Park and
all areas from Pahoa to Kapoho. She has
lived in Kaimu for 21 years and operated her home as a Bed and Breakfast in the
late 1980’s. She has had 4 years
experience as a Real Estate agent and her license is currently inactive and due
to lapse at the end of 2008. She also
has experience as a property manager for long term rentals. She enjoys decorating and has a good eye for
aesthetics. Her style could be described
as simplicity/casual eloquence.
Her
goal is to help homeowners make the transition to home sellers which in most
cases can be overwhelming. She follows
the process from beginning to end and provides the homeowner with referrals if
needed to various businesses that can accomplish the work needed to be done to
beautify your home and get it sold as quickly as possible.
